Dr. Richard Conner is a licensed Clinical Psychologist specializing in working with conduct and oppositional-defiant disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and personality disorders. He has experience in multiple settings, including private practice, court systems, hospitals, jails, and juvenile detention facilities. At each setting, Dr. Conner procured experience working with many populations of many different backgrounds and presenting problems and uses that working knowledge in his current practice, in the service of operating an open and respectful practice.

Dr. Conner recognizes that therapy helps different people through different methods and many individuals seek a therapy that fits their unique needs. In working with patients, he works to conduct a thorough initial consultation to determine what that their needs are and a plan to help them meet their goals.

In providing psychological assessment, Dr. Conner works collaboratively with patients and referral sources to determine what the objectives of testing are, in the service of providing accurate results and information that are relevant to the reason the person was referred for testing. Patients can expect a thorough consideration of the various factors that led to the testing and its’ findings and a report that is written in accessible language.
